Body Composition Analysis in Miami
Don’t wait until it hurts before you start paying attention.
You may already be exercising, stretching, walking, or trying to stay active, but still feel tight, uneven, stiff, or frustrated with your progress. Your shoulders may round forward. Your neck may feel tense. Your hips may feel locked. One side may feel stronger than the other. Your body may be compensating in ways you cannot clearly see.
In fact, your posture, strength, body composition, BMI, mobility, and daily habits are always giving clues.
At EMS Health Miami, we use body composition and posture screening to help you identify visible patterns before building your next training plan.
Your first Body Composition & AI Posture Analysis is complimentary and available in Miami or virtually.
This is your starting point to stop guessing and start training with direction.

Your Body Is Showing Patterns
Your body adapts to how you sit, stand, move, train, sleep, work, and manage stress.
Over time, those adaptations can become patterns. Forward head posture. Rounded shoulders. Tight hips. Uneven alignment. Poor core connection. Changes in body composition. One side doing more work than the other.
These patterns do not mean something is wrong with you - they give us information.
Once we identify the pattern, we can build a smarter plan around it. That may include EMS training, private reformer Pilates, corrective exercises, home exercises, gym-based training, or a more structured alignment program.
The goal is not perfect posture. The goal is better awareness, better movement, stronger muscles, and measurable progress over time.
What Your Free Body & Posture Check Includes
Your complimentary screening gives you a clear starting point before choosing a training program.
We begin with a simple body composition review to help you understand more than just scale weight. This may include body composition trends, waist-to-hip ratio, lean mass, fat mass, BMI, and estimated resting metabolism depending on the assessment completed.
We also complete a basic AI posture screening to look at how your body is aligned from the front and side. This helps us see visible patterns in the head, shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and overall body position.
You will receive a simple explanation of what we see, what patterns stand out, and what your best next step may be.
The free check is designed to give you awareness and direction. If you want a detailed exercise plan, progress tracking, comparison reports, and guided training, we can recommend the right next step through EMS fitness training, private reformer Pilates, at-home exercises, or the Alignment Reset Program.
What to Expect During Your Free Screening
Your first screening is simple, private, and quick.
Plan for about 15 to 20 minutes. We will take basic body composition and posture images in a private setting, then review the main findings with you in simple language.
For best results, wear fitted workout clothing. Leggings, shorts, a fitted tank, sports bra, or fitted T-shirt work best. Loose or baggy clothing can hide posture markers and make the assessment less useful.
You may be asked to stand naturally from the front, side, or back view depending on the type of screening. You do not need to complete a workout during the free check. The goal is to create a clear baseline and help you understand what your body is showing.
See What Your Body Is Showing You
The sample reports below show the type of visual information we can use to help you understand your body more clearly.
These reports are not meant to make you feel judged or broken. They are meant to help you see patterns.
Your posture, body composition, alignment, and movement habits all tell a story about how your body is adapting to daily life, sitting, stress, workouts, and lifestyle habits.
Once we identify the pattern, we can build a smarter plan around it.
Sample Reports
Body Composition Metrics Report
Body composition metrics report gives you a deeper look at your body beyond the scale. It highlights BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, lean body mass, fat mass, and estimated resting metabolism. We use it as a baseline to track progress and guide smarter training decisions.
Body Composition Visual Report
The visual report gives you a simple snapshot of body composition using front and side images. It shows body fat percentage, distribution patterns, and your starting point. This is ideal baseline before EMS, Pilates, or an alignment-focused program.
Posture Analysis Report
Posture analysis report shows how your posture looks from the front and side. It highlights head, shoulder, hip, and knee alignment so you can see visible patterns your body may be carrying. We use these insights to guide more targeted EMS, Pilates, and at-home corrective exercise work.
Advanced Posture Report
Advanced posture analysis report breaks posture into detailed front, side, and back-view measurements. It compares key areas such as the head, shoulders, ribcage, hips, & knees. The goal is to create a clearer roadmap for strength, mobility, alignment, and better movement quality.
Posture Comparison Report
Posture comparison report compares posture from two different check-ins, so progress becomes easier to see. It tracks changes in alignment, shifts, rotations, and side-view posture patterns over time. This helps turn your training into a measurable process instead of guesswork.
What These Reports Help Us Understand
Your body composition report helps us look beyond weight. It can show body fat percentage, waist-to-hip ratio, lean body mass, fat mass, and estimated resting metabolism. This gives us a more useful baseline for tracking progress over time.
Your posture report helps us see how your body is positioned from the front, side, and sometimes back view. We can identify visible patterns such as forward head posture, rounded shoulders, pelvic shifts, uneven alignment, or areas where one side appears to compensate more than the other.
Your comparison report helps track change over time. This is where the process becomes measurable. Instead of wondering whether your posture, alignment, or body composition is improving, we can compare your progress visually and adjust your plan based on what is changing.
Free Screening vs. Alignment Reset Program
Your free screening helps us identify the pattern, the Alignment Reset Program helps you improve the pattern.
The free check gives you a clear starting point. You will understand what your body is showing and what areas may need attention. For many people, that alone is powerful because it explains why they may feel tight, uneven, stiff, or stuck. The free screening gives you clarity.
The paid program is for clients who want a structured plan. This may include a more detailed report review, corrective exercise direction, EMS training, private Pilates integration, at-home movement work, progress check-ins, and follow-up assessments to track change over time. The program gives you a plan.
The Alignment Reset Program
If you want more than awareness, we offer a structured next step. The Alignment Reset Program is built around your screening results. It focuses on improving how your body moves, feels, and responds to training over a set period of time. Instead of doing random workouts, you follow a plan based on your body’s actual patterns. Your program may focus on posture awareness, mobility, strength, core control, muscle activation, flexibility, balance, and better movement habits.
The goal is not to train harder for the sake of training harder. The goal is to train with purpose.
How Will You Use the Alignment Reset Program in Miami
If you are local to Miami, your results can be applied directly inside your EMS training or private reformer Pilates sessions. For example, if your screening shows rounded shoulders or forward head posture, we may focus on upper back activation, shoulder mobility, and postural awareness during your sessions. If your hips appear tight or your pelvis is shifting, we may add more glute activation, hip mobility, core control, and Pilates-based alignment work.
If your body composition report shows you need more strength and lean muscle support, EMS training may become a more important part of your plan.
Local clients get guided coaching, hands-on correction, and structured progress tracking inside EMS Health Miami.
