Yes. Your first Body Composition & AI Posture Check is complementary. It is designed to give you a clear starting point and help you understand what your body may need next.
What is the difference between the Miami and virtual options?
Miami clients complete the assessment in studio and can apply the results directly inside EMS training or private reformer Pilates sessions. Virtual clients complete the assessment remotely and may choose the optional ($149) Virtual Alignment Reset Program. Please note that Miami clients taking assessment in the office will have an option to purchase the Alignment Reset Program including self-managed exercised for $149.
Do I receive a full report with the assessment?
The assessment includes a basic review and explanation of your results. Full detailed reports, corrective exercise planning, progress tracking, and comparison reports are included when you continue into an EMS package, Pilates package, membership, or the Virtual Alignment Reset Program.
What is the Virtual Alignment Reset Program?
The Virtual Alignment Reset Program is an optional paid program for remote clients. It includes a targeted corrective exercise plan based on your assessment results and a second assessment after three months to create a progress tracking report.
Is the Alignment Reset Program included for local clients?
For local clients, Alignment Reset guidance is included with EMS fitness training packages, private Pilates packages, and memberships. Your assessment results are applied directly inside your sessions.
What should I wear?
Wear fitted workout clothing so posture and body composition markers can be seen clearly. Avoid loose or baggy clothing. Leggings, shorts, fitted tops, sports bras, and fitted workout shirts are best.
Can this help with pain?
This is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. However, the screening may help identify posture and movement patterns that could contribute to tension, stiffness, or poor training mechanics.
Is this a medical service?
No. This is a fitness and wellness screening. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and does not replace care from a medical provider, physical therapist, or chiropractor.
