Muscle Testing at EMS Health Miami wellness center

Stop Guessing. Find Out What Your Body Wants Addressed First.

If you’ve tried supplements, diets, or wellness protocols and still feel stuck, muscle testing helps answer one critical question:

Where should we start?

At EMS Health Miami, muscle testing is used as a non-invasive decision-making tool to help identify which systems in your body are under the most stress so we can prioritize support without overwhelm.

Muscle Testing Info

What Is Muscle Testing?

Muscle testing is a functional assessment method that observes how your body responds to specific inputs such as nutritional supports, stressors, or focus points.

Rather than guessing or layering random supplements, we use your body’s real-time responses to help guide next steps.

Muscle testing is especially helpful when:

  • Supplements feel hit-or-miss

  • Detox attempts make you feel worse

  • Symptoms don’t follow a clear pattern

  • You want a more personalized approach before committing to long protocols

What Muscle Testing Helps Us Explore

During a session, we may assess patterns related to:

  • Digestive stress and gut imbalance

  • Food sensitivities and intolerances

  • Nutrient and mineral support needs

  • Stress and nervous system load

  • Detox and toxic burden tolerance

  • Environmental and electromagnetic stress sensitivity

The goal is not to address everything at once, but to identify what your body wants supported first.

Nutrition Response Testing - A Specialized Assessment Tool

As part of our muscle testing sessions, we may use a method called nutrition response testing. This approach is another way of using real-time feedback from the body’s neuromuscular system to help guide personalized support decisions.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all protocol, nutrition response analysis helps us determine how your body responds to specific nutritional inputs and support options. This assists in prioritizing which areas may benefit from focused support first and which may be better addressed later — reducing guesswork and unnecessary changes.

This method operates within the broader muscle testing assessment, and is not a separate service or diagnosis. It provides additional insight into how your nervous system interacts with nutrients and supportive inputs so recommendations are introduced thoughtfully.

When This Is Helpful

Nutrition response analysis can be especially useful if you have experienced:

  • Prior detox sensitivity

  • Uncertain responses to supplements

  • Conflicting advice on nutritional approaches

  • Overwhelm from multiple protocols

It gives us one more lens on how to tailor recommendations based on your individual responses.

Scope & Intent

Nutrition response analysis and muscle testing are well-being assessment tools. They do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace clinical lab tests or medical care. Instead, they support greater clarity around personalized wellness planning and supplement guidance.

What Is Muscle Testing and What It Is Not

What it IS

  • A non-invasive functional assessment

  • A way to prioritize which systems may need support

  • A tool to guide personalized supplement and lifestyle recommendations

What it is NOT

  • A medical diagnosis

  • A treatment or cure for disease

  • A replacement for medical care or laboratory testing

Muscle testing helps reduce guesswork so that, when deeper support or testing is needed, decisions are made with clarity.

The Muscle Testing Discovery Program

A Short-Term Clarity Phase (6–8 Weeks)

Rather than offering one-off sessions with no direction, we work through a structured Muscle Testing Discovery Program designed to give you answers and a clear path forward.

Program Includes

  • 4 private muscle testing sessions (30 minutes each)

  • Sessions spaced every 1 1/2–2 weeks

  • Personalized testing focus at each visit

  • Clear written summaries after each session

  • Targeted supplement recommendations (purchased separately)

How the Discovery Program Works

Session 1 — Baseline Discovery
We identify the primary system under stress and determine where to begin.

Session 2 — Response & Support Testing
We test how your body responds to potential supports, timing, and dosage sensitivity.

Sessions 3 and 4 — Progress & Adjustment
We confirm what’s helping, refine the approach, and determine next steps.

What Happens After the Discovery Program?

At the end of the program, you’ll have a clear decision point:

  • Continue independently with confidence

  • Transition into a structured detox & vitality program

  • Explore deeper testing or longer-term optimization

There is no obligation to continue — the Discovery Program is complete on its own.

Pricing

  • Initial Session: $150

  • Extended Discovery (remaining 3 sessions): $400

Supplements are not included and are recommended based on individual testing responses.
