This course is designed to make detox simple, safe, and practical. You will learn how detoxification actually works, why it sometimes feels harder than it should, and how to support your body in the right order without guessing and without overdoing it.

Hi, I’m Coach Jenia.
I’m a Genetics, Longevity, and Detox Coach. My work focuses on helping people understand their biology, reduce their toxin burden, and build realistic routines that support long-term energy, clarity, and resilience.
I’m not here to sell you a “perfect” detox lifestyle. I’m here to give you a clear framework you can apply in real life, whether you are just starting, have tried detox before and felt worse, or want a smarter, more personalized approach.
My Mission
My mission is to help you:
· Understand detoxification process at a cellular and whole-body level (in plain language)
· Build a safe foundation first (sleep, hydration, digestion, elimination)
· Reduce exposure in the places that matter most (without perfectionism)
· Create a personalized plan you can actually follow
The goal is not intensity. The goal is direction - moving waste out safely, consistently, and in the right sequence.
What Drives This Course
Most detox advice online creates two common problems:
1. People copy protocols that are not built for their body, timing, or lifestyle.
2. People “push through” symptoms, assuming worse means it is working.
In reality, feeling worse often means something is out of order, especially hydration, digestion, bowel movements, sleep, or overall stress load.
This course is built to prevent those mistakes. It teaches you how to make detox decisions based on foundations and logic first and, when appropriate, optional health data, so you can move forward with clarity.

A Note on Supplements, Testing, and Personalization
You do not necessarily need supplements to benefit from this course.
Supplements are definitely useful but they are not the foundation. The foundation is sleep, hydration, digestion, elimination, movement, and lower exposure.
If you want a more personalized starting point beyond education, health testing can be a helpful optional tool to reduce guesswork. This course will explain how to think about that decision without pressure.
